Refund Policy – Monofit Apparels


At Monofit Apparels, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund process to make your experience smooth and stress-free.


Eligibility for Refund

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through www.monofitapparels.com.


Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact our support team or submit a return request through your Monofit account.

  2. Return the Item – Ship the product to the designated return address provided by our team.

  3. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive and verify the item’s condition, we’ll approve the refund.

  4. Refund Method – The approved amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exceptions

  • Final Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund consideration.
